[Theory of Armor cast ]

Fiberglass knitted fabric is a high flexible and strength fabric; polyurethane is a non-toxic, non-smell, non-pungent, corrosion resistant material.

Fiberglass knitted tape is saturated with polyruethane, then sealed in air-tight aluminium foil bag.

Once wet, it becomes tacky and sticks to itself, so it wraps easily around almost any shape

or size. The tacky fiberglass reinforced material adheres both to itself and to polyethylene or lead. Armor cast Structural is resistant to moisture, fungus, acid, alkali, ozone, sunlight, gasoline and high temperatures. It combines long life and very little maintenance.

The fiberglass reinforced composite material forms a tough, durable covering that will harden in approximately 30 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours.
